I can't say enough good things about working with Paul and Camile, but I'll try. They have been helping me search for properties since June 2023, but I was looking for waterfront and specifically a view similar to my childhood memories, so they had their work cut out for them from the get-go. I found the view, home and location I wanted, texted them a link on Aug. 20 and they drove over an hour the next day to give me a thorough video walk-through, complete with drone footage of the roof. I was going to put in a lower offer but they said the seller had already lowered the price and there were other showings booked for the following day. We all realized it was a great price so they put in a full bid offer, which was accepted. It was in a gated, 55+ community with plenty of restrictions which they explained thoroughly. They even recommended I get an ESA letter to cover the no pet policy to accommodate my 16-year-old dog. They handled ALL aspects of the inspection, repairs, contract negotiation and closing with patience and expert knowledge. The whole process took only 20 days and every step went smoothly ONLY because of their ability to put out every fire. We took them out for a great dinner, but they deserved much more! I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you, Paul and Camile for a great job. My partner is right, Paul could be a stress-relief expert! I'm glad they were my realtors.
